Using the Investor's Business Daily Big Cap 20

This is my third successful test of using the IBD Big Cap 20 stock screen to invest. This is a simulated test, and I used $100,000 and bought the top 5 stocks, $20,000 for each stock. I made the purchases on Oct 30. 

This has worked before. But you must enter the markets at the right time. You would not do this when the market is at all time highs. Wait for a pull back. And place stops on each stock so that if one or more goes in the wrong direction, you won't lose more than 5% on any one stock. 

This chart shows the result so far as of Nov. 5, only five days after purchase.
